Sitarscapes is a top quality Sitar player based in Manchester and available to hire at Asian wedding and events across the North of England. Learning and refining his trade in Goa, India; Sitarscapes put together an Indian Fusion Project whilst living in the country that went on to perform at events, weddings and festivals across India. The main focus of his performance is the Sitar; a traditional Indian instrument that produces hypnotic sounds and beautiful melodies. However, Sitarscapes can perform as solo musician with the addition of a loop station and synthesiser to layer up his and create a fantastic ambience. Sitarscapes solo performances focus on tribal fusion, mixing modern beats such as lo-fi and hip hop with percussion samples that he recorded in India and bass lines using a synthesiser. It is a modern twist on classical Indian music. As part of an ensemble, he often has a variety of guest musicians joining him on stage, playing a whole host of different musical instruments.
